GSA commissioned AED to evaluate the existing boiler feedwater treatment process and identify limitations associated with the process. AED was the prime consultant providing acquisition planning, budget planning, construction management, environmental, architecture, electrical, chemical, mechanical, and industrial engineering, scheduling, space planning, and scope of work development at the Central Heating Plant campus in Washington, DC.

AED received a superior rating of “10” for our “Ability to meet forecasted costs and perform within contract costs”. AED earned a “9” for our “Ability to alert Government of unforeseen costs before they occur”; “Contractor proposed alternative methods/processes that reduced cost, improved maintainability or other factors that benefited the customer”; and our “Sufficiency and timeliness of cost reporting”.

AED received a rating of “10” for our “history of reasonable and cooperative behavior and commitment to customer satisfaction” and for exhibiting “business-like concern for the interest of the customer”. Mr. Willis gave AED a “9” for being “reasonable and cooperative in dealing with your staff”.
