We provide MEP & FP Design Services to support the modification requirements the Owner and tenants of the new Amway Center. Following the project opening, AED was selected to provide Continuing MEP/ HVAC / FP Engineering Services for the entire project. The new facility includes 18,500 regular seats for NBA games (up from 17,461 in the old arena) and amenities including a variety of suite types as well as restaurants, concessions, bars, locker rooms, dressing rooms, ticket facilities, concessions, and retail spaces.. Additionally, the new Amway Center boasts 38 Founders Suites, 30 Presidents Suites, two Legends Suites, 70 Loge Boxes, and 14 MVP Tables.
