I appreciate AED's effort to find (qualified personnel) at the start of this project as (AED) certainly was a valuable part of our project team by being our onsite representative with the contractor as well as being a key interface for us with the customer's staff. (AED's) effort was commendable.

city of winter parkFor over 2 years as the Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Winter Park, Florida, I have worked closely with John J. Christie & Associates, Inc. (JJC) as they have provided professional MEP/FP services for an significant City of Winter Park project which opened to the public in 2011.
JJC has provided a variety of services in support of this project including MEP/FP engineering design, calculations, Systems Evaluation, LEED® AP, identification and resolution of project and required changes, CAD drawing updates and verification, and Owner’s Representation through project closeout and occupancy.
The new 40,000 square foot, state‐of‐the art City of Winter Park Community Center is an important landmark for the City. As part of the city’s sustainability initiative, the center was specifically designed to be more energy efficient, conserve water, and improve indoor air quality for visitors making it the city’s first city‐owned “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design” (LEED®) certified green building. In the spirit of true communitybuilding partnerships, many local neighborhood, business and philanthropic organizations have helped to make this project possible.
John J. Christie and Associates, Inc. played an integral part in making this project a success. As the project’s MEP/FP design engineer, not only did they effectively provide design services, as issues were presented, they showed great creativity and innovation throughout the design process while providing practical solutions. JJC met schedule requirements, and responded to issues in a timely manner. They worked well with the project team and coordinated their work within the different disciplines.
I especially appreciate their engineering and LEED® expertise, sustainable design approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills that have helped make this project a success and a functional and valuable asset for the residents of the City of Winter Park, FL for many years to come.
Throughout their work on this project, they have done an outstanding job. I appreciate their consistent professionalism and integrity throughout the project. Overall, it has been a good quality experience which has resulted in JJC being awarded another project for the City of Winter Park. I hope to continue a long‐term and successful working relationship with them as opportunities present themselves.

verizonDuring the period of September 2002 and January 2003, Verizon Federal Systems contracted Advanced Engineering Design, Inc. (AED). to inventory the 5 ESS circuit packs for the United States Department of Treasury. This contract also included floor plan drawings and the integration of both into AED’s software product Cenotrack.
It was during this time that I had the opportunity and pleasure of working with Reginald Waters and Terrance Brown. Their experience and conscientious manner made the task of gathering the data from twenty-five Treasury sites seamless and without any service interruptions. AED has demonstrated outstanding reliability in meeting all of Verizon Federal’s requests and in keeping management advised of all potential difficult situations. In sprite of numerous schedule changes and delays Reginald and Terrance
were always available whenever the need arose.
I am sure that any organization contemplating a new inventory documentation database would be well served by AED, Cenotrack, and especially Reginald Waters and Terrance Brown.
