AED Stratecon, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arkel International that maintains a Top-Secret Facility Clearance specializing in electrical, power, structural, civil, and mechanical engineering aolutions. AED is a solutions-driven, multi-discipline engineering and professional services contractor serving both public and private sector clients.

AED’s staff is comprised of engineering, project management and technical professionals who specialize in one or more of all critical disciplines. Our engineering specialists include Professional Engineers, Certified LEED Professionals, Certified Energy Managers, Registered Architects and LEED Commissioning and Retro-commissioning agents. The Management group is made up of experienced project managers, construction managers, project controls specialists, schedulers and qualified QA/QC and Safety managers. Our technical team is comprised of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, IT, Fire Protection and Security/Access Controls licensed technicians.

AED is an excluded subsidiary for all classified activity as defined by NISPOM and operates within the US National Security regulatory framework for these requirements.

Additionally, we have 15 years of experience servicing the Department of State Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (DOS/OBO) and other clients in the greater intelligence community.
