Aviation Experience

AED has served as the prime consultant for the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) to provide engineering, inspection, project management, construction management, and scheduling services since 2004. AED serves as the Owner’s representative and resident inspector on all projects.
AED has delivered 100 projects, since 2004. Several were delivered concurrently, including interior building renovations, terminal reroofing, a vehicle fuel storage farm, structural column repair, a sewer lift station, access road design, concrete repairs, and Aviation Drive road widening. These projects vary in size from several hundred thousand dollars to approximately $20 million. The scope of services includes pre-concept, concept, design development, construction documentation, commissioning, and construction inspection.
