We created the complete Design/Build Criteria Package for the New Sanborn Activity Center, Concession Building and Amphitheater for the City of DeLand, Florida and located in the Earl Brown Park. Our firm provided Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical. This is a multiple building project with a 16,327 square foot activity center, concession facility and amphitheater is expected to be completed by early 2014.
