We created the complete Design/Build Criteria Package for the New City Hall and Emergency Operations Center for the City of Winter Garden including Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical. This building is being planned for 40,000 sf. It is expected to have a partial 3rd floor.

This criteria package included Space Study Tables and Conceptual Design Studies: Conceptual Building Elevations, Conceptual Site Plan, Program of Space Requirements, Departmental Summary of Space Requirements, and Floor Summary of Space Requirements.
